Resume Tips for Cloudflare
Networking and distributed systems experience is gold. If you understand TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, or BGP, make that prominent.
Show experience with edge computing, CDNs, or anycast networking. This is Cloudflare's core infrastructure.
Include security experience: DDoS mitigation, WAF, zero trust, or bot management. Security is half of Cloudflare's product.
Mention Rust, Go, or C/C++ experience. Their core systems are built in these languages.
Highlight performance work at the systems level. Microseconds matter at Cloudflare's scale.
If you've built on Cloudflare Workers or similar serverless platforms, include that. It shows familiarity with their ecosystem.
