Neat Stack is an AI-powered resume builder that helps you create tailored, job-specific resumes quickly. When you use this site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You paste a job description, and we generate a resume tailored to that role: ATS-optimized and ready to download as a PDF. We also offer a job browsing section to help you find relevant openings.
You need to be at least 16 years old to sign up. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know at support@neatstack.studio right away.
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform.
We offer three plans:
Free: 5 resumes per day, no payment needed Pro: 40 resumes per day at $39/month Unlimited: no daily cap at $69/month
Paid plans come with a 2-day free trial. Payments are handled by Paddle. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Please read the Refund Policy before subscribing, as we don't offer refunds once the trial has ended.
Our AI creates resume content based on what you provide. It's a starting point, not a guarantee. You should always review and edit the output before sending it anywhere. We can't promise it will land you a job, and we're not responsible for how the content is used.
Job listings on Neat Stack are pulled from publicly available sources. We don't verify every listing, and companies can update or remove them at any time. When you click apply, you're going to their site. We are not part of that process and have no influence over hiring decisions.
What you bring to Neat Stack (your work history, skills, and personal info) stays yours. Resumes generated from your data are yours to use freely. We only use your content to run the service, not to build datasets or sell to third parties.
Neat Stack is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it'll always be perfect. We're not liable for missed job opportunities, data loss, or service downtime. If something does go wrong and we're at fault, our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Neat Stack after an update means you accept the new terms.
