Refund Policy

All paid plans include a 2-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged at all. Once the trial ends and your first payment goes through, that payment is non-refundable.

Every Pro and Unlimited plan starts with a 2-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial from your account settings and you will not be billed. No questions asked, no forms to fill out.

Once the trial period has ended and your subscription renews, payments are final. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused daily credits, or if you simply forget to cancel before the renewal date.

We recommend trying the free plan first to make sure Neat Stack works for you before upgrading.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period • You won't be charged again after that • Your account moves to the Free plan once the period ends • Your resume history and profile data are kept intact

We'll consider refunds in the following situations only:

• You were charged twice for the same billing period (billing error) • Your account was charged after you cancelled within the trial window

If either of these applies to you, email us at support@neatstack.studio within 7 days of the charge and we'll resolve it promptly.

Go to your account settings and click "Cancel subscription". Cancellation takes effect immediately and you keep access until the end of your paid period. If you run into any issues, email support@neatstack.studio and we'll help.
