Show scope. Hiring managers at this level want to see what size of problem you can handle — team size, project budget, user count, revenue impact. Include the numbers that show scale.
Demonstrate technical leadership. Did you choose the architecture? Set the coding standards? Drive an RFC process? This is what separates mid-senior from mid-level on paper.
Include mentoring. If you have helped junior engineers grow, onboarded new hires, or led knowledge-sharing sessions — that matters and is worth a bullet point.
Cut the early career noise. Your internship from eight years ago does not need to be on here. Focus your space on the last two or three roles where you did your best work.
